Her professional journey began with the Launch Internship Program at Ernst & Young (EY), where she had the opportunity to perform audit procedures on SAP security models and assess clients' financial statements. This experience laid the foundation for her career in public accounting with EY where she honed her skills and knowledge in financial auditing, compliance, and client relationship management. During her tenure at EY, she consistently delivered exceptional results for clients, ensuring their financial success.
Pauline holds a Master of Business Administration from Trine University and a B.S.B.A with a Major in Accounting, also from Trine University. In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant, accredited by the Indiana Board of Accountancy in September 2023.
